Yep, I'm two (and a half) weeks behind on this little project.  Not the first time, it won't be the last. :)

Three baby geese went out to play . . .

While I'm not certain exactly which big goose is the momma here, I did learn that geese mate for life,
so likely one goose is the mom and one is the dad of this little gaggle.

Also appropriate for this image were two other options for this week's theme: 'parade' and 'beginner'.

We really do get spring-time flowering trees here
(just a couple months later than the rest of mankind)!
What a happy surprise!

And, since the theme this week was trees (plural) - a bonus image of
another tree outside my bedroom window.
