They just needed watering. And I hadn't done it yet at the time of photographing. My poor little plants are just not thriving here - pretty sure it's a combination of not as much sunshine, cooler house most of the time, and my forgetfulness in the watering department - and I'm losing some longtime friends (one avocado down, one on it's way out, one african violet toast, the other just about gone). :(
I too am a list maker, this photo really resonated with me. And like Heather, want to know what you need with your plants. It adds to the mystery of the photo! Great job!
I love crossing things off a list - I think that's why I make them. Well, also the fact that I always forget if it's not written down. ;) And the plants just needed to be watered. Which reminds me, I need to do that again.
